No, not an April Fool, but (potentially) the ultimate way for exercise fans to travel to the office. Fitness brand 1Rebel is taking cycling to work to a whole new level, with a mobile spin class, on the bus.
Now, I've been known to enjoy spinning, but whilst en route to work? Isn't that just cycling to work but without the high vis vest? I can see the appeal, no traffic to worry about, no expensive bike to get damaged/stolen/store at work and why waste time stuck in the tube when you could be getting fit and making the most of your spare time.
The only question is, will you have to wear a helmet?!
1Rebel has announced plans to transform a London bus into a mobile spinning studio, so you can combine your commute with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
